For those of you that know me, you're aware that I like to talk-about nearly everything-politics, religion, philosophy, current events, the most delicious chocolate recipes, and anything else that happens to be lurking in the corners of my mind. Well, now you, the reader, have the ONCE IN A LIFETIME opportunity to read MY THOUGHTS, even if you don't know me! Aren't you thrilled?
This bulk of this blog will be concerned with disability rights issues, and will be connected to my current disability rights group, Students and Citizens Against Futile Ethics. I will post stories that are related to the struggle for disability equality and the struggle against medical paternalism that seeks to deny wanted medical treatment to those with handicaps. I will also consider disability rights issues in regard to education, the media, and politics.
The rest of this blog will be comprised my thoughts on various issues that are of concern to me, covering everything that I think is blog-worthy. Let the thinkfest begin!
